single_pfet
ParticipantPublicOK — been using this thing for something like five months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am in the UK, mainly do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
What got me on it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could work out what an e/w payout actually came to when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now punch the numbers in first, every time, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator tool is the one I use most — type in the price and your stake and it spits out the return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I always got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it’s over at lucky 15 calculator free and it’s free with no account nonsense.
What actually changed how I bet was the geekier bits. The probability thing that shows what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. The interface looks a bit basic — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s fine though the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — slight shame but you asked.
Anyway. Free, no ads shoved in your face, works. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
