Right — been using this thing for something like six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. I’m in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was honestly embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an e/w payout actually was with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in before I place anything, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator is the bit I use most — type in stake and odds and you get returns with no faffing, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, a yankee, honestly that’s where most people I know got it wrong. One thing that really shifted things for me were the nerdier tools. The probability converter that shows what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent for when I’m covering two or three runners.
It’s not perfect mind. The interface feels pretty plain — zero frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it works although the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. And no app, just the site — slight shame just flagging it.
Right, that’s me. Free, barely any ads, does what it says. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
