So — been using this thing for something like five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. I’m in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was actually pretty stupid — I could never get my head round what an each way return would be with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d eyeball it and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator tool is the one I use most — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out returns instantly, fractions or decimals. There’s also the fiddly ones — acca and treble returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, which is where I’d always mess it up. The thing that actually shifted things for me is the geekier bits. There’s an probability converter which shows you the overround, and there’s the kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent if I’m splitting a race.
It’s not perfect mind. Its interface is pretty plain — zero frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it works though the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And nothing on the app store, just the site — fine by me but you asked.
So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. If anyone still works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it’s saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, works. If anyone even now does the maths on paper, have a look — it’s saved me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.
