So — have been messing about with this thing for about six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am in the UK, generally bet football and racing, small stakes, for context.
How I found it was honestly embarrassing — I could never figure out what an ew return actually was with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just wing it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator tool is the bit I’m on daily — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles maths, a lucky 15, yankees, and that’s where I’d always lose track. The thing that actually shifted things for me were the nerdier tools. They’ve got an odds-to-probability thing which shows you the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator is handy too for when I’m covering two or three runners.
It’s not perfect mind. Its layout is a bit basic — no frills, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s usable though the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. There’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but you asked.
So yeah. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If anyone even now does the maths on paper, have a look — saved me a load of arguments with the bookie.

What really made a difference was the more serious extras. The implied probability thing that shows the overround, and a kelly tool — I run quarter kelly as the full version is far too aggressive. Dutching calculator is decent for when I’m spreading across selections.
It’s not perfect mind. Its design is pretty plain — not much frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s fine though the bigger tables are a squeeze. And no app, just the site — fine by me but worth saying.
