Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, for context.
How I found it was genuinely a bit daft — I never could figure out what an each way payout would be when the place terms changed. Basically I’d eyeball it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.
Their single bet calculator is the bit I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out returns instantly, either odds format. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, and that’s where most people I know got it wrong. The thing that really made a difference is the nerdier bits. The implied probability converter which shows you the overround, plus a kelly staking tool — I use half kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutch tool is decent if I’m spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. The layout looks pretty plain — no flash, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.
Anyway. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me plenty of arguments with the bookie.
