Right — have been messing about with this thing for something like a few months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me the other day. Am in the UK, mostly do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was genuinely a bit daft — I never could figure out what an e/w payout would be when the place terms changed. I used to just guess and moan when the payout landed. Now I punch the numbers in before every slip, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the bit I open most — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out profit and total return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know got it wrong. If you want a look, it lives at matched bonus bet calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

What genuinely made a difference is the more serious tools. There’s an implied probability calculator that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. The design is very functional, let’s say — no polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it’s fine but the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. And no app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. Anyone who honestly does the maths on paper, have a look — saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

So — been on this thing for maybe four months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m UK based, mainly bet football and racing, nothing mad, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was genuinely a bit daft — I never could figure out what an each way return actually was with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just wing it and get a shock. Now stick my stake in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — type in stake and odds and it spits out returns straight away, either odds format. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here how to work out a lucky 63 and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely shifted things for me was the geekier extras. The odds-to-probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The layout feels a bit basic — zero flash, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s usable but the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — fine by me just flagging it.

Anyway. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If anyone honestly adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me a load of arguments with the bookie.
