ParticipantPublicRight — been on this thing for maybe six months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d write something up since someone asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mostly do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could get my head round what an e/w return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d eyeball it and get a shock. These days I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.
The single bet calculator tool is the part I’m on daily — you drop in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return straight away, either odds format. There’s also the multiples — acca and treble returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, which is where most people I know got it wrong. If you want a look, it lives at implied probability calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.
The thing that actually shifted things for me were the more serious tools. The implied probability converter and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is handy too if I’m covering two or three runners.
It’s not perfect mind. The interface looks a bit basic — not much flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it works although the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me just flagging it.
Anyway. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, works. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — it’s saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

ParticipantPublicSo — have been messing about with this thing for something like four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d write something up since someone asked me a few days back. I’m based in the UK, mainly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, for context.
What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I never could work out what an each way payout actually was once you get five places instead of three. I’d just wing it and then be surprised. Now stick my stake in first, every time, even a simple single bet.
The single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — you put in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return straight away, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where I’d always got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it’s over at each way accumulator calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.
The thing that actually changed how I bet were the nerdier extras. They’ve got an probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, plus a kelly staking calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m spreading across selections.
Not all sunshine though. The interface looks pretty plain — not much polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On my phone it’s usable but the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. And no app, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but you asked.
So yeah. Free, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.
