So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. I’m UK based, mainly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was honestly pretty stupid — I never could work out what an each way return would be when the place terms changed. I’d just wing it and then be surprised. Now type the odds in first, every time, even the boring singles.
Their single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — type in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return with no faffing, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, which is where most people I know got it wrong. What actually changed how I bet is the more serious extras. The probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and there’s the kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutching one gets used a fair bit when I’m covering two or three runners.
Not all sunshine though. Its design is pretty plain — not much polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it’s usable though the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.
So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, works. If anyone still works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
